Please Include the following information when ordering:
- Purchase order or credit card and expiration date.
- Catalog Number(s)
- For all orders that require typesetting or engraving please provide complete and accurate information. This step in the procedure is critical to producing your order correctly and on time.
- Date Products are needed.
- Name and telephone number of person placing order.
- For trophies or plaques, indicate the trophy desired.
Methods of Payment:
- Purchase Order: If you are not prepaying by check, money order, or credit card, you must submit a valid purchase order number from your school or organization.
- Credit Card: To place an order using a credit card we require the type of card, card number, security code (CVV code), name as it appears on the card, expiration date, phone number, and zip code where customer receives their statement.
- Please place customer account number on all correspondence.
- Check/Money Order: Please make checks payable to Trophies N Things and be sure to include shipping and handling.
Shipping Information
Ground: This is the normal method of shipment unless otherwise specified. Please give the street address for delivery and not a P.O. Box.
