ORDERING:
BY PHONE: Phone orders only call 1-800-371-9528, in Anadarko, call (405) 247-9771. Have purchase order number or credit card number and expiration date available when placing phone orders.
BY FAX: (405) 247-2885 (24 hours a day). Fax orders must include purchase order number or credit card number and expiration date to be processed. NOTE: if you have placed an order by phone or fax, PLEASE DO NOT MAIL IN THE SAME ORDER. This may cause duplicate orders.
IN PERSON: If you are in the Anadarko area, stop by our shop located at 121 W. Broadway and we would be happy to assist you.

Include the following information when ordering:
* Catalog product number(s)
* For all orders which require typesetting or engraving please provide complete and accurate information. This step in procedure is critical to producing your order correctly and on time.
* Date products are needed.
* Name and telephone number of person placing order.
* For trophies or plaques, indicate the figurine desired.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
TERMS: All orders must be prepaid either by check, money order, credit card or purchase order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
* Purchase Order: If you are not prepaying by check or charging your order on VISA, Mastercard, you must submit a valid purchase order number from your school or organization.
* Credit Card: To place an order using a credit card we require the type of card, card number, name as it appears on the card, expiration date and home phone number. Please place customer account number on all correspondence.
* Check: Make payable to Trophies 'N Things and be sure to include shipping and handling.
* Money Order: Make payable to Trophies "N Things.

* Ground: This is the normal method of shipment unless otherwise specified. (Pleae give street address for delivery not P.O. Box).

1. UNDER $25.00 PER LOCATION ADD 10%
2. $25.00 - $50.00 - ADD 9%
3. $50.01 - $100.00 - ADD 8.5%
4. $100.01 - $240.00 - ADD 8%
5. $240.01 - $500.00 - ADD 6.5%
